Who built this and why should I trust it?

Jared Lane (Roof King — multi-eight-figure roofing company) and Riley (his ops lead) built the framework while running the actual business. The workbooks are the same templates we use internally — finance dashboards, hiring scorecards, leak audits. We're not coaches.

Is the quiz really free? What's the catch?

No catch. The quiz emails you a free letter-grade report with your worst pillar and one recommended next move. If you don't ever buy a workbook or upgrade, you got something useful for $0 and we got your email.

I'm under $1M revenue. Is this for me?

Honestly, not yet. The frameworks are calibrated for $1M–$15M home-services operators. Under $1M, your first lever is almost always sales velocity — not the systems work the workbooks teach. Come back when you've crossed a million.

How is this different from BNI / coaching programs / EOS?
